How much of an impact has the Partition left on the collective psyche of Pakistanis? What is the cultural impact? Why is the Partition considered holy grail? Why cannot we accept the decsion as possibly wrong or rash? I want to explore the ramifications and the full impact on the Pakistani nation. I want to put the whole Partition aftermath under a microscope and after analysing the detail I want to consider all possible alternatives as well. Did we in our eagerness to beleive in Pakistan overdo the accolades? I believe the propoganda was a bit too overblown.

Autobiographer
How to write your own autobiography
Why are we so apathetic when it comes to our own lives? Why do we feel that our lives are not exciting enough? Why are we so afraid to be by ourselves? Why do we feel the need to live for others rather than ourselves? If happiness is subjective matter than why are we notcompelled to reflect on ourselves? What is this focus on everything other than ourselves? Why this running around, multitasking, multiprocessing in life? Why are we always in a hurry, loquacious , functioning, dynamic? Why is there so much effort required to play our role in the life drama properly? Especially when faced with ever changing script of life. Why can't we consider that our current 'dull' life can be fun as well?
Maybe, a change of strategy is in order, a plan B. Maybe we ought to consider ourselves as mirrors. Not really distorting but reflecting; observing dispassionately and candidly; and waiting for elucidation to arrive. Its like developing a new sense of acumen. A sharp and keen sense, once initiated, can only get stronger with time. Maybe then, we can all become our own autobiographers, where each seemingly innocuous event is a lesson Lent, every turn is a correlation with the past or an augury for the future, every desire enticing and captivating, every issue libidos, an act of endearment. A biography where 'I' is the main character and all others are fleeting and transitory; devoid of all ego there are no edifices and no attachments; no principles and no virtues.
Let your diary be your own Bible.
